Bluezone360 Gateway has capabilities for incoming (MO) as well as outgoing (MT) messages, allowing deployment of interactive messaging applications. It can be configured to deliver messages using direct interface with the operator of the target recipient for optimum delivery time, reliability and cost. It also uses a backup delivery channel to ensure high reliability in case of failure of the direct channel.

Bluezone360 Gateway has capabilities to implement extensions such as USSD for session-based interactive applications as well.

Bluezone 360 gateway will act as an aggregator to accept the information to be delivered, convertingit to standard formats to transmit to the mobile operators' SMS Centres and interfacing with the clients.
